The Startup Stall was a brilliant idea by Cork City Council to use one of the vacant stalls in The English Market as a pop-up showcase opportunity for small food businesses. I was drafted in to develop the concept for them from start to finish. From concept boards to press releases it was the full package. The stall has hosted a wide variety of small to medium food enterprises, one of whom has since found a permanent home in the market; My Goodness Foods.
